My install lags a lot

I am using MacBook Pro 2019 and running Manjaro in virtual box. Manjaro lags a lot. How can I resolve this? Please help

Review your VirtualBox settings. In particular, Base Memory and Video Memory. I have Arch running here in VB with Base Memory of 2048MB and 2 processors and Video Memory set at 128MB with no issues. YMMV.
