So while reading these logs I found an error saying that my Xauthority file can not be written cause of permission denied, and then I remembered that I was doing somethings with .Xresources file so I thought that this should be the problem then i run the command chmod 777 .Xauthority and enter my password to the locking GUI and voila it is working again as it should be.

Now I am worried that my way of fixing the problem will cause some problems in the future. Can someone give me some advice regarding this?
