Hey y’all, I have a (maybe dumb) question. Can I have the same program installed on the system but in diferent packages for ex: Steam Native (Runtime), Flatpak and Snap for testing or even to keep on the System? Could I have some issues doing this?
It should be less of an issue when you have some-version as a system package, and some-version as say a flatpak as they are supposed to be entirely bundled programs - containing all their dependencies within themselves. (IE - it should largely not create conflicts on the filesystem … though some problems might occur, such as confusion arising from having the same executable name)
