I have a 1TB SSD ordered and while I’m waiting for it I’m looking to do some research. I’d like to triple boot Manjaro, Mint and Windows 10.
Is it as simple as initially installing Windows 10, then Mint and finally Manjaro (partitioning as I go)?

no , this is not so simple ( 2022)
first create 3 profiles to boot in UEFI motherboard
1 for windows10 ( Secureboot needed)
1 for linuxmint ( SecureBoot possible ( shim) or not )
1 for Manjaro ( No secureboot )
also windows is happy to remove other entry UEFI that is not boot windows on update ( and also UEFI firmware motherboard update )
This may be of some help:
