Move Window to next Monitor

Hello,

I needed to stop using compiz, because it’s not in the repostiroies anymore. I only used compiz. because it had a hot key to move a window to another monitor (not workspace!).

I just found several guides for a script. But is there anything “standard” to have a hotkey for moving windows? Or do you have a how-to for real newbs like me? thx!

  1. Xfce settings > Keyboard > Keyboard shortcuts.
  2. Add an entry with/for move-to-next-monitor command and assign a keyboard shortcut to it.
  3. It should be active right away
