Mouse Scroll Wheel slows down after time

Just of late after some updates (not sure which) my mouse wheel has started going really slow. When I reboot the machine the mouse wheel works at a normal speed and without any issues. After some time of not being used, just sitting next to me, ie 15-20 min, the scroll wheel speed slows right down for all interactions throughout the system. This includes web pages, scrolling in apps, and even desktop selection. If I reboot the system at this point and reorganise my desktops, the mouse scroll wheel goes back to normal speed.

I’ve the same issue as you but I didn’t found any solution for that…Did you maange to find something ?

as for the slow down, I don’t know when it happens, it’s at random

It only seems to happen if the laptop has been left idle for some time… If I keep using the laptop it doesn’t do it until I walk away for some time.
