Hey all, the other day I started having a weird issue out of nowhere where when booting up my PC it will get to the lock screen, but the mouse and keyboard won’t function for at least a minute. I’m not really sure what’s going on since I hadn’t changed anything before shutting it down the night before, and nothing I’m seeing already posted about similar issues here seems to be helping.
My first thought was that maybe tlp was doing something weird, but turning off usb autosuspend didn’t fix the issue. At least I’m pretty sure I turned it off correctly, it looks like I did by looking at the output of sudo tlp-stat -c
The mouse is a Logitech G602 and the Bluetooth receiver is plugged directly into a USB 3.1 port on the motherboard, which is a Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi, and the keyboard is a Cooler Master MK730 and is plugged directly into a USB 3.0 port on the motherboard. I tried switching ports and it didn’t do anything. The weird part is that I’ve been using both with Manjaro for almost two years now with no issues at all.

Thanks for the suggestions, but that post looks like the exact opposite issue as what I’m experiencing. It’s probably not the bluetooth since the keyboard also doesn’t respond and it’s wired directly into the PC.
Just in case that link ever goes dead, the fix was to entirely disconnect my computer from power and disconnecting all usb devices as well, waiting several minutes, and then plugging everything back in. Apparently the error is related to usb port power issues.
