Mouse and display not recognised after turning off computer when frozen

I did not provide the system information just because I inserted when creating my account, so I thought users could just see that.

For future reference when asked for system information we only need the inxi output. The other information you gave might only be useful if we wanted to buy a similar computer online.

When this happens the only way out I know (if you know safer ones let me know!) is to turn on off manually the machine.
