Monitor stuck on 60 hz and same in steam game cs go 60 fps

Hi i was trying to find why my game cs go on steam its stuck on 60 fps , i found then i change refresh rate on monitor its only then change fps in game . if i have 1920x1080 60hz then i have in game 60 fps ,in game i can change all video settings from low till hard its not do nothing . ad if i change so resolution til i go 75 hz on monitor then i get 75 fps in game its stupid . if its possible to fix its be nice , thanks for help

2 month ago i have 60 hz on monitor , in the csgo game i have 220 fps

i move from xfce to plasma and now its working all fine i have my 220 fps in game and monitor on 60 hz .
