Missing libssl, how do I install it?

Hi im trying to install libssl on my manjaro no idea how.

Manjaro uses openssl. It provides /usr/lib/libssl.so.

Try searching Add/Remove Software for libssl

or

pamac search libssl

openssl is a dependency for a lot of system packages, so I find it hard to believe you don’t have it installed.

What you might actually be missing is openssl-1.1, which is no longer a requirement for most stuff, but some stuff has not been updated/rebuilt for ssl 3.0 yet, so it will complain if you don’t have the openssl-1.1 package installed.

What is it that you want to do?
Why do you even want it?

I need it for unity it says that a usable version is not foundable or something.

Just tried sudo pacman -S openssl-1.1 and I’ll see if it works.

This?

AUR (en) - unity

It is out of date.
