'Missing codepage or helper program, or other error' during installation

I installed the new version of Manjaro GNOME.
I downloaded the ISO file from the official website: manjaro-gnome-25.0.0-250414-linux612.iso.
I used Ventoy to create a bootable USB with the ISO.

However, when I boot from the USB and start the installation, I get the following error:
“Missing codepage or helper program, or other error.”

I’m attaching a photo of the installation screen where the error appears:

/run/miso/sfs/livefs: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.

Did you verify the checksums of the ISO? Sounds like it may have been corrupted.

From the download page, click the More button and click the Checksum button. That will download an .iso.sha256 file matching the ISO.

Note that I’ve edited your topic title to reflect the error message you encountered.
