You could try using scrcpy. That is what I use on my Linux Laptop & Desktop, though those are x86-64.
You can see if it works for ARM
This is assuming you’re talking about an Android device. You didn’t say what phone you have.

yes i have redmi note 7 but i tried installing it on pi 4 manjaroo arm kde , it installed sucessfully but failed to launch.
