Hi! I’m experiencing the issue of Manjaro not recognizing my microphones (either built in or external) for almost a year now. I know this is a common issue but after reading almost every post on the topic, I’m still not capable of solving my problem.
I was in the mid of a call and all of sudden my microphone went mute. Turns out it doesn’t appear in the settings anymore. It’s also missing from PulseAudio and Alsamixer.

I’m new to Linux and quite clueless. What should I do?
That was one of the first things I tried to do when the issue happened, but I wasn’t very hopeful because, usually, kernel issues tend to happen to me after an upgrade. And the issue happened during a meeting!
