Why do you only have PulseAudio 13.99.2?
v13.99 development versions were needed last year when official package release was delayed, but Manjaro now has PulseAudio 14.2-1

Your problem with headset jack sounds identical to this:

sound only works if I half plug-in my headset jack

most likely cause of this problem is that the headset splitter cable is using the wrong TRRS wiring standard
