You did not do everything yet. Go to Settings > Appearance > Plasma Style and select something else then apply. Uninstall McMojave if you do not want it. Log out and back in.
Stop using sudo in your home directory !
You might have to clear the cache folder instead. rm -r ~/.cache/*
