Many python package rebuilds after the update

Ok, after update I am getting quite a lot of python libraries that require rebuild.
When I run checkrebuild -v, I get something like this:

foreign python-anyascii
foreign python-cssutils
foreign python-ewmh
foreign python-future
foreign python-fvs
foreign python-material-color-utilities
foreign python-mock
foreign python-pathvalidate
foreign python-pipreqs
foreign python-pulsectl
foreign python-pyrsistent
foreign python-steamgriddb
foreign python-yapsy
foreign python-yarg
...
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-anyascii 0.3.2-3
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-cssutils 2.11.1-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-ewmh 0.1.6-7
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-future 1.0.0-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-fvs 0.3.4-4
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-material-color-utilities 0.1.5-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-mock 5.1.0-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-pathvalidate 3.2.3-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-pipreqs 0.5.0-3
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-pulsectl 1:24.11.0-1
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-pyrsistent 0.20.0-6
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-steamgriddb 1.0.5-4
/usr/lib/python3.12/ is owned by python-yapsy 1.12.2-9

Were there any changes in python-related stuff, or is the issue on my side?
