Manjaro Wont Get Past loading screen unless I open Logs

So recently on my XPS 15 9510 I have tried installing Manjaro on it, everything is fine until I restart.

When starting up Manjaro on my laptop it gets to the Dell logo, and then reloads to the Dell and Manjaro loading screen with the 3 dots. During this time I can use Arrow Key to open Logs or use Escape Key. If I dont do anything the screen reloads (not sure what else to call it but it goes black, and makes the Manjaro Logo at the bottom bigger same with the Dell Logo) Once it “reloads” nothing works, logs, CTRL+ALT+F2 nothing, just loads with the three dots moving as they normally do. However if before this “reload” I press F2 or ESC it shows logs, and loads in normally.

Not sure what to do since this is a fresh install

I am brand new to Linux! So I would appreciate the help!
