When i select to boot from my USB device on my BIOS menu it takes me to the normal screen where it asks what drivers i want to use, what time zone, language, edit boot options, etc.
When i select to boot with either open source or proprietary drivers, it starts all the services, but after that, my fans ramp to max speed and the screen goes black, still video output, just a black screen.
