Manjaro with Luks + LVM and XFCE takes one hour to boot

Okay, ESP is the /boot/efi partition, right?
This is how my partition looks like:

So it is NOT insight the lvm2 container.

Why would I need a second ESP?
And how do I fix this? I don’t have the understanding needed of how this all works.
