manjaro-tools.config If I put
repo_tree=('core' 'extra' 'multilib')
it is not picked up in “buildiso -qv” I guess its missing in “util.sh”

################ buildtree ###############
# manjaro package tree
# repo_tree=('core' 'extra' 'community' 'multilib')
# host_tree=https://github.com/manjaro
# default https seems slow; try this
# host_tree_abs=git://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit
I don’t think this is an use.
If I recall correct it is an obsolete setting relating to ABS (Archlinux Build System)
So the only way to achieve the same thing is to remove “community” in
/usr/share/manjaro-tools/pacman-multilib.conf
This is the only way to make buildiso remove “community”?
Yep it is. Was for download all Arch PKGBUILD sources
