I can’t see conf file because yesterday reinstalled the VM, but today I tried installing KDE again and it worked, so maybe the issue was on my side. If it happens again, I’ll try to get more information to post it here.
Nvim works, but nano…
In a Gnome VM newly installed. Pacman -Q nano
returns nothing. It’s not a problem now I know nvim is installed, but without knowing it, the first thing I would always try to use is vi or nano and I suppose the same thing will happen to many people.

Also the boot menu is neither pretty nor very helpful… hard to see which is Gnome and which is Kde.
