This is the hint why you have black screen. Without HorizSync and VertRefresh some Monitors do not work on certain ports. You have to edit it and add the information via Nvidia X Server Settings.

You didn’t understand me then. Disable the iGPU from BIOS, and keep the proper MHWD configuration file and symlink to it as is provided, then if you want a fixed layout to change it from Nvidia X Server Settings. /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-mhwd.conf as a symlink to it.
