Manjaro not booting after interrupted update and attempted reinstallation of grub

So my incredibly adorable menace of a cat managed to turn off my surge protector during an update to my computer, and I am now not able to get back into my main machine. I have tried the standard fixes listed at

and none of these solutions seem to work. I have loaded into a bootable medium and used

manjaro-chroot - a

to get into my system, and I made sure to finish all of the installations that got interrupted. Everything seems to be fine, but then when I go to reboot the system, I can’t even get in. I put my GRUB bootloader to the top of the boot priority, and it just black-screens and kicks me back to UEFI/BIOS. For reference, here is what I am seeing in my chroot:

I also made sure to check my efibootmgr to see that the proper boot order was loaded, and everything seems to be in order. For some context, here is my grub.cfg file:

It’s not grub that is/was your problem.
You have no kernel installed.

in chroot, use pacman to install one
(not mhwd-kernel -i - it won’t work in chroot),
then mkinitcpio -P and update-grub

Currently running: 6.10.11-2-MANJARO (linux610)
The following kernels are installed in your system:

   * linux66

so I thought that they were installed, but I’ll try reinstalling see if that fixes it
