Manjaro is „slow“ and how to know if i shall download the new kernel

This will benchmark some of your stuff. Please run the following:

  1. First, go to you temporary directory:
cd /tmp
  1. Then run the following to download and execute the benchmark script:
wget -qO- bench.sh | bash

I’ve just done it myself, so it works.

My output, as a sample:

However, based on my computer everything runs smooth as a baby’s bum. And it’s very stable. Unlike my sister. So, objectively, there’s nothing wrong. Well, not that I can see anyway.
