Hi guys, I am running the manjaro phavo gnome version. today my laptop suddenly froze. I couldn’t do anything and had to restart it with the power button. my laptop is a Core I7 with a 256GB SSD and 8GB of RAM. (HP Elitebook 8570w) I have the tlp and thermald packages installed because my laptop was overheating.
after installing the thermald package when I lock my laptop and after a while I can’t use the external keyboard and mouse. I have to unplug and plug again.
Not sure why it froze? maybe linux swap? I have a 4GB swap partition, I don’t know if it is enough.
