Im experienced in the recent days more and more weak/slow connection to the Manjaro forum, but since a few hours i can no longer reach this forum at all.
Only with the help from a VPN i can get access 
No recent downtime detected.
Anecdotally I also dont have any problems reaching the forum, no matter what kind of connection I use.

I have no idea, what i can do to get a fast connection to the forum, without the help from a VPN
We cannot know if its your home network or your ISP or …
Maybe try switching DNS?
( we might expect that a nominally correct VPN setup would likewise change your DNS, so its a possible overlap )
