Manjaro dual boot installation

First of all I am a BEGINNER. I ran into a problem (error: you need to load kernel first) and it seems there is no solution, so I will reinstall manjaro.
I have a dual boot (windows 10 + manjaro) setup is there is any way to reinstall manjaro without losing data.
If there is such a solution would you please guide step by step because as I mentioned earlier I am a BEGINNER.
