Manjaro doesn't start with a second monitor | Intel UHD Graphics

The problem:

  1. My laptop with Manjaro doesn’t start with a second monitor. I see the logos of manjaro loading but it loads indefinitely.
  2. The monitor works when I connect it afterwards.

Peculiarity:
If I restart Manjaro with a second monitor it works. Which is strange to me.

My graphics:
Intel UHD Graphics

Monitor:
Acer V247Y

Manjaro version (uname -a):
Linux anton-pc 6.1.85-1-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Apr 10 20:05:44 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I tried:
I tried making the second monitor primary and vice versa it had no effect whatsoever.

I have no clue what could be the culprit of this behavior, though I suspect it might be laptop related. Because I had my old laptop with Manjaro and it would start with the same second monitor with no problems.

We have a similar problem, today after we upgrade all apps show up to do. and I started. I was working on another ThinkCentre- Lenovo Windows 8. all those PCs share multiple monitors together or separately. When the Manjaro comes up after restart, only one monitor. but when was started to show the Manjaro logo on both monitors the graphics were only in one and the other was still light blue. but dark and try setup do not show 2 monitors. only one. I am pretty sure this is Gnome management on the graphics card. I do not know. please if someone can fix it let me know here.
