Manjaro does not allow user choice, or feedback

After setting system settings so that screen should remain at 100% brightness when on battery, and finding on the 34th time unplugging that it again immediately dims, then attempting to submit feedback to the project and being told that my email to them is invalid because they only accept english and german characters, which I used only english characters in, I’m off to support ubuntu, no matter how much I hate the look and feel of it, because it ACTUALLY RESPECTS USER CHOICES.

Do not rant.
It’s easy to blame Manjaro and/or its community for your issue. But that does not make you any closer from finding why that issue happens in the first place, and thus neither are you from resolving it.

But it’s not like you seem to care now anyway.

Are you referring to the Contact form? Did you read the banner at the top?
