Manjaro-chroot -a doesn't find a BTRFS install

My system was updating and it froze and then would not boot so I tried to do a change root from a live USB and manjaro-chroot -a did not recognize or find my btrfs file system. Is this supposed to work or is there an alternate method required?

Thanks, that worked fine but you do need sudo for manjaro-chroot command which is omitted in that thread.

I think these failed updates may be caused when the screen attempts to blank while on battery power. I was even updating with pacman in the Terminal too. The screen freezes & all keyboard & touch/tap pad is fruitless… I’ll do updates while connected to power from now on…
