(At a minimum the Linux has multiple kernels section, at a maximum everything but the “What’s this Upstream / Downstream business” section)
Then install at least one LTS kernel and boot from that. (If you don’t know how, shout out!)

Because every time you press the power button, your system gets damaged more and more and if you’re beyond 10 times doing that, you’re in for a reinstall with your new-found knowledge!
