Manjaro Boot and Shutdown Time is Excessive (5 - 10 Mins)

Hello. After a recent update my system has been taking significantly long to propely boot. After selecting manjaro from GRUB (I dual boot with windows), it hangs on the black screen for a significant amount of time which can last up to 5 minutes. When I login, the splash screen also takes a chunk of time to process. Here is me system information:

Maybe this is the issue. Create a swap file. Also having an SSD will significantly improve boot time. If Laptop, check if motherboard supports M.2. NVME SSD

Swap - Manjaro

its the swap aids packages…
also provide logs, just to check:
journalctl -b-1 -p4 --no-pager
