Passed almost one year without update this OS, in Pi4

It can’t be the same issue, if you press yes to replace one with the other.

This theme chance was introduced almost a year ago I think. That’s a long time between updates and not recommended.

Are you recommend a new fresh installation of Manjaro ARM in a Pi 4 micro sdcard ?

And, also, update this OS system at least one once a month?

If the updates do not work for you, then yes. Although they should, but you didn’t show us any output from when you said Yes to replace all the packages. And why is your pi named “archlinux” if it’s a Manjaro box?

Yes. Manjaro is a rolling release after all. So you either don’t update at all or update frequently.
