Manjaro ARCH ethernet slowed after changing ISP

Before my ISP was a cable modem ethernet connected to my WiFi hub.
That hub connected via ethernet to Manjaro & separate PC slower Win 11.
Changed ISP providers from cable to T-Mobile Home Internet (5G wireless) by simply unplugging the ethernet cable from the cable modem box and connected it to to the new box.
After starting all including the WiFi ethernet hub. All connected and noticed the SLOWER Win11 was using the internet was FASTER internet accessing than the ARCH. At time the ARCH was painfully slow.
No configuration anything was changed on either PC. WiFi ethernet hub auto adapted.

So WHY is Manjaro ARCH accessing the internet so SLOW and the slower Win11 was not???
Does the ARCH routing tables need to be cleared/reset. Is it still trying to route the other not available way?

FYI: I’m novice with ARCH but am a retired Windows tech.

If you didn’t restart the Linux computer - it could be caching the previous arp and routing table - as you also thought of - but I cannot know.

Short of restarting the system, you can do

sudo systemctl stop NetworkManager
sudo systemctl start NetworkManager

Informational:

It’s true that Manjaro Linux is a derivative of Arch Linux, however, Manjaro is not Arch. Manjaro does inherit many packages from Arch, but the divergence really begins from Manjaro Unstable branch, which is the closest to Arch Stable.

By the time Manjaro Stable is reached, it’s a different beast.
