After install Manjaro cinnamon 21.07 i see that manjaro-alsa and manjaro-pulse are installed in higher versions than in repository - 20210109. In repository is available 20210102 version.
Indeed, there are two versions of these packages – in extra and in community. But see on build dates, 20210109 is newer than 20210102. And anyway there is no difference between them, those packages are only metapackages – that mean does nothing, only install group of packages.
That package should only be in one repository, not both. It was a mistake. It will be corrected ASAP.
