Due to an issue with user-manager package we had to rebuild all KDE ISOs. A script to fix installs with 201203 ISOs will come later.

To immediately fix any affected install see related issues/solutions like this:

I highly suggest replacing all of those with their non-git equivalents. (in the case of user-manager-git it should probably just be removed - there is no equivalent as plasma-desktop already provides it.) I think you probably fell victim to this:
