Lost carrier with networkmanager

Lenovo ideapad 14" with the latest firmware update (#37)
I’m getting the following error in the journal & many disconnect/connect notifications:

For more info: The problem is with some Manjaro configuration and not with the either the cable, the usb-eth or the switch. I multiboot debian 11 to another partition but the hardware stays the same and there no carrier lost or networking problem with debian.

I’ve googled a lot and found that the difference between debian and manjaro is that networkmanager is managing the interfaces under manjaro and unmanaged under debian, I don’t know how to do it. I have checked: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NetworkManager but I couldn’t get to work.
