Yes. My SSD’s typically boot between 20-30 seconds, depending on whichever OS I happen to be booting at the time (I have a multiboot system). Of course, included in that range are timeouts to allow selecting BIOS actions, and also for Grub; and rEFInd; so the actual range is less.
@Aragorn has already given you the likely cause of your boot delay (Plymouth); and considering others also have the same issue with Plymouth currently, the suggestion to remove it is valid. From your response, it seemed that you might ignore the advice. Please don’t.
Because Plymouth has close ties to boot processes, simply uninstalling the package is insufficient.

Plymouth isn’t needed for booting Manjaro. Many users (myself included) remove it completely even if it isn’t causing issues; because, sooner or later, it will.
