Logitech MX Master 3 mouse has stopped working after motherboard upgrade

I have been using a wireless Logitech MX Master 3 mouse on Manjaro for over 6 months without issues. Recently, I changed my motherboard. After the upgrade, the mouse has stopped working completely - not moving at all anymore and the system is not detecting it as if it does not exist. I used to connect it using the USB receiver that comes with it and not using Bluetooth.

I have tried to debug the problem online for hours without finding any solutions. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated!

System Information:

  • Motherboard: MSI PRO B550M-P GEN 3
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (12) @ 3.6GHz
  • Linux Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.19.1-3-MANJARO
  • Linux Distro: Manjaro Linux Version: 21.3.7 (Ruah)
  • DE: KDE Plasma 5.24.6

Thank you for your reply.

Installing the following apps, followed by a full restart, did actually solve the issue.
