Logitech Mouse via Unified Receiver issues when another USB device is plugged

Hi, I have a Logitech mouse (ERGO M575) that normally works flawlessly, via its Unified receiver plugged into one of the USB ports directly. However, when I connect some other devices via USB (also directly into the computer, not via a hub) the mouse stops working intermittently.

I have noticed this when I am plugging in:

  • Fujifilm X-E4 camera
  • Rode Wireless Pro microphones

While either of these devices is connected via the USB, my mouse jitters and jumps, and Solaar shows the connection dropping frequently for a fraction of a second. As soon as I disconnect the other USB device, the mouse works normally again.

Could anyone help with this? Thank you!

Most likely interference on the 2.4Ghz band causing the connection to lag.

I don’t think there’s anything you can do in this case other than reducing the load in the frequency spectrum.
