Local repository and Gnome-Software?

Hello,

is there a way to use Gnome-Software with a local repository (available on an external hard drive) ? I know we can use Gnome-software offline to install packages and/or updates. I searched on the net but I don’t find the solution for what I want. Gnome-Software seems to use PackageKit to install or update software.

So, can you help me and tell me how to use Gnome-software with offline option ?
