Loading Manjaro KDE stops at "/dev/sda2: clean"

I did fresh install of full version three times, and also tried the minimum and minimum LTS. Without the “quiet” option, it stops on “A start job is running for TLP system startup/shutdown (37s / no limit)” and throws two times an error “[ 215.584562] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 867983304 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x800 phys_seg 1 prio class 0” then “[ 215.585209] Aborting journal on device sda2-8.”. Alt+F2, Alt+F3 and etc shows black screen with a text cursor.

An I/O Error indicates that the HDD is damaged or about to die or a lose contact. However this error is related to your hardware and not Manjaro.
