Little pop sound in earbuds before and after using audio(firefox,vlc kde settings etc)after the last update

as described above.
happens also sometimes when just browsing any site.

i think i solved it by following this solution(not sure what changed in the latest update):

Try this to stop audio sinks being suspended in PulseAudio

pactl unload-module module-suspend-on-idle

If that works to eliminate pop noise, PulseAudio can be reconfigured to disable the module permanently

sudo sed -i '/load-module module-suspend-on-idle/s/^/#/' /etc/pulse/default.pa

it seems it’s indeed this module.
I’ll save the last command in case i want to use this approach.

I had sound issues with my Dell OptiPlex 7050 Micro too with latest update.
As soon as computer was idle for a few seconds there would come a noise from
the headphones jack. Constant noise and no popping.
If i open any window or settings it would stop and then start again if computer was left idle.
Even if i reboot and not login. It would make noise in the login screen.

Was solved all by commenting out
load-module module-suspend-on-idle in /etc/pulse/default.pa
