Lenovo Thinkpad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A dock : external display doesn't detected

Hello,

I have a Xiaomi laptop running on Manjaro Kde Plasma with this dock : Lenovo Thinkpad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A dock

Audio & external usb drive are detected but not my dual displays. The same dock is working fine with a laptop running on Windows.

Any kind of help will be appreciate.
