Lenovo T16S camera not working

Hello everybody,
I got a new Lenovo Laptop and set it up with Manjaro and Gnome desktop. Everything works fine so far but my camera. Neither in Teams not in Gnome’s camera app I get anything to see - only black.

I have no clue what might be wrong - here is what I investigated based on other threads:

[gatt@ChillTortoise ~]$ v4l2-ctl --list-devices
Integrated Camera: Integrated C (usb-0000:00:14.0-4):
	/dev/video0
	/dev/video1
	/dev/video2
	/dev/video3
	/dev/media0
	/dev/media1

Also I tried:

[gatt@ChillTortoise ~]$ lsmod | grep uv
uvcvideo 180224 1
videobuf2_vmalloc 20480 18 uvcvideo
uvc 12288 1 uvcvideo
videobuf2_v4l2 40960 1 uvcvideo
videobuf2_common 94208 4 videobuf2_vmalloc,videobuf2_v4l2,uvcvideo,videobuf2_memops
videodev 393216 3 videobuf2_v4l2,uvcvideo
mc 90112 5 videodev,snd_usb_audio,videobuf2_v4l2,uvcvideo,videobuf2_common
drm_gpuvm 45056 1 xe
drm_exec 12288 2 drm_gpuvm,xe

and here is the inxi output for my new laptop

[gatt@ChillTortoise ~]$ inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width

Mod edit:- Spelling; assuming you meant Gnome.

My x13 has a small sliding cover to disable the camera - privacy shutter.

Another option is a hotkey combo FnF?

Maybe going through this could help?

Webcam setup - ArchWiki

There are a few programs mentioned that could be used to test besides the Gnome camera app, along with examples -
for vlc there was this note at the end of section 3.2 :

Note: If VLC does not detect webcams, ensure that zvbi package is installed.

Wow - that was it- There was a hardware privacy shutter and I did not see / know that. Now it works. Thank you so much.
