However I’ve heard that Latte takes up some memory, it shocked me completely.
It takse 3.8 GiB. Sometimes it even takes up to 6G of memory. What’s wrong with it?

I think it’s a good idea. Since it’s no longer being maintained, there’s bound to be problems. And sooner or later chances are good it’ll stop working.
