The Manjaro Cinnamon Edition is — as you noted — a community edition, currently compiled by @Yochanan. I do not know what kernel he put in the ISO, but this post is now either way pinging him, so he can reply for himself. 
Other than that, I see you’ve already replied to the SbK Manjaro Cinnamon 525 thread. The Spins by Kilz ISOs are Manjaro spins, and they do come with the latest LTS kernels.
That all said, even if you happen to have an ISO that doesn’t use an LTS kernel, then there is still nothing stopping you from installing an LTS kernel into the final system, and I would personally advise to always do exactly that anyway.
