Laptop wakes up with black screen when AC adapter jack is inserted

I’ve been experiencing this issue earlier, but very rarely.
But these last days, after being followed the advice Plasma 6 fails on running different builtin applications - #12 by linux-aarhus for reset plasma config/settings - I got this problem almost every day, at the morning (having most time gap between wakeups).
Normally I resumed with pressing power button or opening the lid, now when I just insert power supply jack the laptop resumes (or starts to resume) with black screen (the fan is working, as well as other visible indicators) - switching to other TTYs has no effect, my custom working shortcuts for restart or seep also don’t work (actually - no shortcut is working). It only remains to shut-down. Pretty annoying …
(In BIOS in “Power management” section I got “Wake on ACdeactivated, and it never actually was activated).
