Laptop camera stopped working after update

I’m trying to figure out why built-in laptop camera stopped working after the last update.
I also changed the kernel version and it didn’t fix the issue.

lsusb output:

v4l2-ctl --list-devices output:

Cannot open device /dev/video0, exiting.

I’m new to linux and unable to debug this myself, please let me know what should I try…
