There is a solution there but I found an even easier solution. I even deleted the Manjaro partition which did not fix it. In EasyBCD you can Reset BCD configuration and re-create boot files and after a restart I was able to access the bios again. For those who might be stuck longer in the future

NeoSmart’s EasyBCD is one of several Windows applications that have similar capabilities. Unfortunately, EasyBCD is not applicable to Manjaro or Linux generally, as it requires a Windows environment to run.
